    一、主持人的形象塑造
    1．服饰与化妆

    (1)站姿
    优美的站姿是人们日常生活中所不断追求的，更是小演员、小主持人所必备的，通过站姿的训练使小主持人、小演员具备一种稳重、可信、大方、有礼貌的朴实作风，使观众有一种亲切感，从而受到观众的喜爱。
    儿歌：
    双手臂，垂直放。背不驼，挺胸膛。
    脚并拢，视前方。头肩平，精神爽。
    基本要求：
    抬头，双目向前平视，略收下颚。
    双肩放松，稍向下压，脖子拉长，头顶天花板，人体有向上的感觉。
    直立站稳，挺胸、收腹、立腰，身体重心放在两腿中间。
    双臂自然下垂于身体的两侧，微向前倾。
    双腿站直，双膝和脚后跟并拢，全身收紧。
    养成良好的站姿习惯，应从生活中开始，让我们一起努力，你一定能成为帅气的王子和美丽的公主。
    (2)走姿
    小朋友从小培养正确的行走姿势，不仅可以减轻肌肉的疲劳，还能促使身材健康生长发育。
    儿歌：
    趿拉脚，要改掉。不驼背，不弯腰。
    挺直胸，两肩乎。视前方，脚步轻。
    基本要求：
    行走时应双眼平视前方，口微闭，颈项直，头略昂起，表情自然。
    胸向前上方挺起，直腰，收小腹，臀部稍后突。
    行走时双臂摆动自然，上臂带前臂，前摆时微曲，勿甩前臂，后摆时勿甩手腕。
    下肢举步有力，换步时肌肉微放松，膝关节不过于弯曲。
    大腿不要抬得过高，平稳行进。
    步幅大小根据个人腿长及脚力而定。女孩子步态应轻盈、挺拔，男孩子步态应矫? ⒚艚荩?允境鲅舾罩???
    (3)坐姿
    坐姿是体态美的主要内容之一。对坐姿的要求是“坐如钟”，即坐相要像钟那样端正稳重。端正优美的坐姿，会给人以文雅稳重、自然大方的美感。
    儿歌：
    小朋友，坐椅子。头抬起，背挺直。
    腿靠拢，脚并齐。手搭手，放大腿。
    基本要求：
    上身挺直，双脚自然并拢，一只手搭放在另一只手上并轻放在大腿上，两眼平视，臀部坐椅子的三分之二处。
    侧坐时，两膝盖对着45度方向，左臀部(或右臀部)坐于小椅子的中后部，右臀部(或左臀部)偏前，一大腿放于另一腿上或两腿并拢，一只手搭放在另一只手上并轻放于大腿上，眼看前方，挺胸，沉肩，立腰，面带微笑。
    良好的坐姿有利于幼儿的视力健康，有利于骨骼生长。
    二、主持人要具备的条件
    1．要讲一口标准流利的普通话，并有良好的语言表达及表现能力
    2．要有丰富活跃的想象力和真挚的感受力
    3．必须具备快速的临场反应能力
    4．从生活的点滴做起，培养自信心
    5．要有敏锐的观察能力和积极稳定的注意力
    三、主持人放松训练
    1．木偶练习
    全身放松，两脚平行，两手自然下垂，眼睛闭上，自我感觉是一个木偶，被上面用线在纵各个部位，慢慢把双手向上提起，把手指慢慢张开，尽量向上举，然后假设线断了，手很自然的一段一段往下还原，全身非常松弛。
    可以配合下面的儿歌进行练习：
    我是快乐的小木偶，
    我伸伸胳膊踢踢腿，
    点点头来我弯弯腰，
    我扭扭屁股探探身，
    我要给大家表演了。
    可是……
    (进行木偶联系从全身肌体紧张到逐渐放松)
    2．放大练习(反向木偶练习)
    两脚分开站好，自己控制从脚趾头开始使劲，慢慢往上到小腿、大腿、臀部、腰、背、肩、脖子、头部等各个部位，手指到手掌及整个全身都紧张起来，脸部也紧起来，眼睛也睁大了，这时你可以用这种神态去找感觉，假设你是一个高傲的人，很了不起的人，再突然全身放松。
    3．缩小练习
    从头到颈、背、腰、臀部、大腿、小腿一步一步地慢慢放松，直到在地上缩成一团，像一只蚂蚁恨不得钻进地缝里去，启发小朋友找到饿、冷、累的感觉。
